N.J. football power rankings following Week 3 of the regular season

The second New Jersey football power rankings of the season were released this week following four weekends of games around the state.

Below you will find the complete rankings for all 12 playoff groups. Teams are ranked by their UPR number – a combination of power points and OSI. The top 16 teams in UPR per public section will reach the postseason and each section will be broken up into two sub-sections.

The Non-Public sections will be seeded by committee. All eight teams in Non-Public A will qualify for the playoffs, while the top 16 teams in Non-Public B will be slotted into the postseason, assuming they want to participate.

The cutoff for postseason play will be Oct. 26, with the tournament beginning Nov. 1 and state finals being contested from Nov. 29-Dec. 4 at either Rutgers University or MetLife Stadium.
