تمنح عودة بطاقة حق المباراة (RTM) ميزة لفريق Sunrisers Hyderabad في مزاد الدوري الهندي الممتاز (IPL) 2025 الضخم.
The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 Mega Auction is set to introduce major changes that will influence the tournament’s future. With new player retention rules and the reintroduction of the Right to Match (RTM) card, franchises will need to reassess their strategies before the auction. The RTM card was last used in 2018. Additionally, the auction purse has risen from 100 crores to 120 crores, providing teams with greater flexibility to include top talent in their squads.
Players Retained by SRH in the Last IPL Auction using RTM
Player | Price |
---|---|
Shikhar Dhawan | 5.2 crores |
Rashid Khan | 9 crores |
Deepak Hooda | 3.6 crores |
Shikhar Dhawan
Shikhar Dhawan made his debut in 2008 with Delhi Daredevils, but his IPL prime came when he joined SRH in 2014. He won the trophy with the team that year. In 2018, it was actually PBKS that made a big bid for Dhawan, but later Hyderabad used the RTM card to secure him for 5.2 crores. 2018 was a great season for him, as he scored 497 runs in 16 matches.
Rashid Khan
Once a star for SRH, Rashid Khan became one of the team’s most important players. After a successful debut season in 2017, SRH relied on this Afghan spinner so much that they used the RTM card to buy him for 9 crores. In the 2018 season, he played 17 matches and took 21 wickets, marking only his second season.
Deepak Hooda
Indian player Deepak Hooda was bought by SRH for a whopping 3.6 crores in 2018 using the RTM card. Unfortunately, he had a disappointing season, playing 98 matches and scoring only 87 runs. He also bowled three overs but failed to take a wicket.
Players PBKS Retained in IPL 2018
Apart from Shikhar Dhawan, Rashid Khan, and Deepak Hooda, SRH retained David Warner and Bhuvneshwar Kumar as their direct retention.
